MICHAEL BATES

Born and raised in southern California, Michael always shared a fascination with architectural structures, building construction and wealth building through the acquisition of real property. Before his passion met his profession in real estate, Michael put his real estate development and negotiating skills to work in a local and city governmental agency as an urban regional planner and property and real estate coordinator. His unique mix of strategic vision, market insight, communication skills and consistent work-ethic drove both his career and his professional achievements.

While still a governmental employee, Michael began purchasing single and multi-family properties within the greater Los Angeles County area giving him greater freedom to explore entrepreneurial instincts and take risks to test new processes and strategies.

Becoming involved as a realtor within the San Gabriel Valley area in 2004, Michael knew that he had found his professional home. Understanding the market place both as an investor, an agent and a homeowner, Michael sees each transaction from all possible angles. Coming along side his clients, Michael puts every ounce of business instinct, market knowledge, critical thinking and negotiating skills to work to find and secure the best move for every one of them.
